A: No, Kombucha is not alcholic unlike a beer or alchohol culture, the scoby doesnt have much yeast,
which results in the creation of carbon dioxide instead of alchohol.

A: No, you are not, kombucha has a pH low enough that most mold cant grow from spores,
the bacteria (pro-biotic's) also treats mold and other foreign bacteria as intruders an kills them upon arival.
