Hi, My name is Shawn
I started brewing kombucha because I couldnt find the flavors I wanted at a price that seemed reasonable to me,
Kombucha costs upwards of $2.75 for a 16 ounce bottle, it costs around that much to brew 1 gallon at home.
Once I started brewing kombucha I wished I wouldve have started earlier, once you start brewing you
get a deeper understanding of what you are drinking and the process behind it, most of us know that kombucha is fermented tea
we just dont know how that tea is fermented and what the process looks like.
Why Did I Make This Page?
I made this page to inform people of how easy it is to make your own Kombucha for only pennies per serving,
and to correct misinformation about the "dangers" of brewing Kombucha.
